Shipping Policy

U.S. Orders

• Free Shipping: Orders of $125+ (before taxes and shipping) qualify for free standard shipping.
• Processing & Shipping Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
• Express Shipping: Orders must be placed before 12 PM PST to qualify for same-day processing and shipping. Signature confirmation is required for orders over $500.
• Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO): Only USPS can deliver to these locations due to security restrictions. Private carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc.) cannot deliver directly to military bases.
• Holiday Shipping Note: Expect delays of up to 10–12 business days during peak holiday periods.
• P.O. Boxes: Express shipping is not available for P.O. Box addresses.

International Orders

International orders are processed and shipped within 5–8 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned as undeliverable (incorrect address, missing apartment/suite number, etc.), the original shipping charges are non-refundable. Packages returned to our facility will be issued store credit only (no cash refunds). If we cannot process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete information, processing may be delayed and our customer service team will reach out via email or phone.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has left our facility, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If your tracking information shows the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer service team at 2hlentbeats@gmail.com within 24–48 hours of the reported delivery date. We will do our best to assist you.

We strongly recommend adding shipping insurance at checkout. We have partnered with Order Protection to offer coverage for lost, stolen, damaged packages, and other shipping-related issues.
